Construction Management
QualEx offers Construction Management (CM) Services to
support our Clients in the administration of safe, efficient, accurate and
timely completion of the construction effort. Experienced personnel with
construction and maintenance backgrounds in industrial plants
are available
to monitor the construction effort. The CM services provided by QualEx can
be supplied via Construction Manager/Team or to assist the Client in the
management of the construction activities by providing support personnel to
supplement the Client's construction management team. Proven resources and tools are in place to
assist in areas such as constructability reviews, bid evaluations, contract
administration, contractor monitoring, progress tracking and validation,
planning and scheduling, change management, cost tracking, safety
management, and checkout and startup assistance.
